About The Position
This individual will lead the development and execution of the enterprise-wide strategy for Master Data Governance, Data Quality, Data Standards, and Product Segmentation, driving data consistency, operational efficiency, and business transformation across multiple internal organizations.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in related field with 5+ years of relevant experience in SAP, master data, governance, or enterprise data management.
- Experience in SAP MDG and enterprise data governance frameworks.
- Experience leading enterprise-wide data transformation programs.
- Understanding of cross-functional business processes and master data dependencies.
Responsibilities
- Create and implement data governance policies, models, and operating procedures.
- Lead the strategic direction, governance, architecture, and ongoing optimization of SAP Master Data Governance (MDG) and associated enterprise data platforms.
- Define enterprise standards for data creation, maintenance, governance, and quality.
- Build data dictionaries, metadata catalogs, lineage maps, and data artifact documentation.
- Create and maintain KPI's for data quality, governance effectiveness, adoption, compliance, and operational performance.
