Requirements

  • At least 2 years of experience within the Banking/Financial industry.
  • Strong proficiency in SQL.
  • In-depth knowledge of the DAMA (DMBOK) framework.
  • Advanced Oral English.
  • Advanced Spanish.

Nice To Haves

  • Knowledge of Python.
  • Experience with Power BI.

Responsibilities

  • Define and document data governance policies, guidelines, and standards.
  • Implement quality management models, data dictionaries, catalogs, and lineage.
  • Establish roles and responsibilities within the governance framework (Data Owners, Stewards, Custodians).
  • Perform data maturity assessments and propose improvement plans.
  • Coordinate initiatives regarding data quality, security, privacy, and protection.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable regulations (e.g., privacy, security, and audits).
  • Collaborate with IT and business teams to enable corporate data management practices.
  • Monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) regarding information quality and availability.
