We are seeking a highly strategic and analytical Data Governance Analyst to support the development of the organization’s long-term data governance roadmap while leading the launch and implementation of key data governance initiatives. This role is responsible for translating long-range objectives into clear, high‑level initiatives and milestones that guide execution across teams, while simultaneously establishing the policies, frameworks, and structures needed to ensure strong data management, quality, and integrity. The analyst will conduct comprehensive reviews of existing data policies, identify gaps, and contribute to the creation of new policies aligned with organizational goals, compliance requirements, and industry best practices. Beyond governance responsibilities, the analyst will support enterprise strategic planning by developing and refining the organization’s strategy roadmap, defining measurable long‑term goals, and ensuring that initiatives are clearly structured and prioritized to deliver the highest impact. The analyst will proactively evaluate resource needs, identify risks, and recommend mitigation strategies, while facilitating regular reviews to ensure the roadmap evolves with changing business conditions and organizational priorities.

Requirements

  • BS or BA degree
  • 5 years' experience with data governance efforts.
  • Experience in strategic planning, road mapping, or program management.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Microsoft SharePoint
  • Ability to manage multiple high-level initiatives
  • Must have the ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance
