As a Data Expert within PNC's Data and Automation GenAI Governance organization, you will be based in [city/state location of position]. GenAI Governance Operations (Data Expert) Own and Independently execute GenAI Standards of Care (SOC) evaluations (GenAI Use Case assessments) for complex and high‑impact use cases. Have the technical aptitude to: Review architectural designs, data sources, and testing of solutions Ensuring technical integrity and testing of solutions, independently verifying work Work closely with technical teams, solution owners and leadership to ensure clarity on progress and issues. Apply policy, procedure, and playbook requirements to SOC submissions, validating completeness, evidence sufficiency, and alignment to governance standards. Support the development/enhancements of reports and dashboards for tracking progress Identify, document, and clearly articulate risk, control gaps, and remediation requirements, using sound judgment to distinguish isolated issues from systemic concerns. Provide structured, actionable SOC feedback to solution owners and governance stakeholders. Contribute to the refinement of SOC processes, tools, and documentation based on execution insights. Bridge use‑case execution and portfolio oversight by linking SOC findings to enterprise‑level trends. Escalate systemic issues when analytics and execution data indicate broader governance risk. Providing thought leadership on where governance process improvements or intake changes would most effectively reduce risk and workload. Develops strategies for data implementation, data acquisition, and archive recovery. Helps advise business, applications and operations counterparts to ensure data integrity and availability. Structures the environment and creates logical storage units especially for size and physical locations, to map database elements into logical units. Implements and supports technologies for managing and effectively utilizing multiple information sources, formats and uses. Resolves data integration and security issues for adherence to the organization's quality standards. Researches customers needs, conducts awareness and promotional sessions for potential customers. Requirements

  • Roles at this level typically require a university / college degree, with 5+ years of industry-relevant experience.

Responsibilities
