Iron Mountain is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Data Entry Specialist to join our Operations Team in Boyers, PA for a short term special project. In this role, you will be responsible for image digitization, restoration, remediation, and reformatting within our digital studio space. You will ensure all images and data receive the utmost quality, care, and professionalism during processing while strictly adhering to customer specifications and organizational policies.

Requirements

  • Minimum requirement of HighSchool Diploma and or equivalent
  • Familiarity with PC and other computer-related products/administrative experience
  • Proficiency in reading, writing, and communicating in English
  • Work independently with minimal supervision and understand the importance of detail and accuracy.
  • Must be able to lift up to 40lbs.

Responsibilities

  • Sorting, prepping, and scanning hard copy records to produce high-quality digital images while following specific production procedures/guidelines.
  • Index key data into multiple software applications with a focus on timeliness, accuracy, and the creation of document control sheets for all records.
  • Adhere to Imaging Center guidelines to maintain a clean work environment and complete all internal documentation and tracking as required.
  • Work closely with the Digital Team and follow special instructions or assignment of other duties specified by your Supervisor/Manager to meet daily production goals.
