About The Position

Trinity Logistics is seeking a motivated Data Entry Specialist to support the account management and logistics teams through daily scheduling, load entry, data management, and problem resolution. In this role, you’ll play a key part in maintaining accurate data, supporting shipment coordination, and helping identify the most efficient ways to move customer freight. You’ll collaborate closely with internal teams, leverage multiple systems and tools, and contribute to process improvements that enhance operational performance. If you’re highly organized, self-motivated, and known for your attention to detail, this role offers a strong foundation for growth within the logistics industry.

Requirements

  • Superior interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, with the ability to learn new systems.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to build trust and connect with teammates on a personal level.

Nice To Haves

  • Additional education in data management or a related field is a plus.
  • Previous experience in a data entry, tracking, or administrative support role preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Accurately input, update, and maintain data across multiple systems.
  • Handle high volumes of data entry with speed and precision.
  • Support the logistics and account management teams with daily scheduling and load entry.
  • Track and resolve issues related to shipments and data discrepancies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather, organize, and validate information.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and assist with implementing best practices.
  • Utilize Microsoft Office and internal systems to support daily logistics operations.
  • Complete special projects and additional responsibilities as assigned.
