About The Position

At TauRx Therapeutics, our mission is to make a positive difference in the lives of individuals, carers, and families affected by neurodegenerative diseases. We are seeking a meticulous and reliable Data Entry Specialist to join our dedicated team. This role is fundamental to supporting our pioneering research into treatments for Alzheimer's disease and other related disorders. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the accuracy and integrity of our critical data. This is a fully remote position, and we are pleased to offer both full-time and part-time opportunities to suit the right candidate.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Data Entry Specialist or in a similar administrative role.
• Exceptional typing speed and accuracy with a keen eye for detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly MS Excel and Word.
• Strong organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
• The ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a remote environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• A commitment to maintaining a high degree of confidentiality and professionalism.

Nice To Haves

• Experience within a healthcare, pharmaceutical, or research environment would be advantageous but is not essential.

Responsibilities

• Accurately and efficiently inputting, updating, and maintaining data in our company databases and systems.
• Conducting regular reviews and verification of data to ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
• Handling sensitive and confidential information, particularly related to clinical research, with the utmost discretion and in compliance with data protection policies.
• Organising and managing digital files and documents in a systematic and accessible manner.
• Identifying and correcting data entry errors and reporting any discrepancies to the relevant team members.
• Assisting with the generation of reports and data retrieval for internal stakeholders.
• Adhering to all company data integrity and security protocols to safeguard our information.
