This role ensures all client emails are properly logged, tracked, and escalated to the appropriate team. Requirements
- Prior data entry or customer service experience
- Strong technical skills and comfort navigating internal systems

- Availability to work evenings and weekend shifts

Responsibilities
- Monitor a shared company email inbox for client inquiries
- Log tickets accurately into the internal system
- Notify the on-duty supervisor when tickets are logged
- Ensure all inquiries are tracked and addressed promptly
