We’re looking for a Data Entry Specialist to support our team by ensuring critical information is entered correctly, securely, and on time. This role plays an important part in maintaining reliable data that our teams depend on every day.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Strong typing skills with a high level of accuracy
  • Comfort using Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word
  • A sharp eye for detail and a commitment to getting things right
  • Ability to work independently, manage your time, and meet deadlines
  • Clear communication skills

Nice To Haves

  • Previous data entry experience is helpful, but not required—we’re happy to train the right person

Responsibilities

  • Enter and update data from spreadsheets, medical records, and notes into our system
  • Attach and organize documents within patient accounts
  • Review information for accuracy and make corrections as needed
  • Maintain up-to-date records by adding new and revised data
  • Support data integrity by following established processes, including routine backups
  • Handle sensitive information with care and confidentiality
  • Pitch in on other tasks as needed to support the team
  • Other duties as assigned
