Requirements

Responsibilities

Accurately input, verify, and maintain data in company databases and systems with exceptional precision
Perform data entry tasks using various software applications and tools, including Excel and specialized data management platforms
Conduct regular quality checks and audits to ensure data accuracy and completeness
Organize and categorize data according to established protocols and company standards
Collaborate with team members and other departments to resolve data discrepancies and clarify information
Generate routine reports and summaries from entered data to support business decision-making
Respond professionally to data-related inquiries from internal teams and external customers
Meet established deadlines while maintaining high accuracy standards
Identify and communicate potential data issues or process improvements to management
Adapt to changing priorities and handle ad hoc data entry requests with flexibility and professionalism
