About The Position
We’re looking for a detail-oriented individual to assist with annual HMDA (Home Mortgage Disclosure Act) reporting, a federal requirement for mortgage lenders. HMDA reporting involves compiling detailed data on mortgage originations into a standardized spreadsheet for regulatory submission. Most data is auto populated, but some fields require manual lookup and entry from loan files.
Requirements
- Fast and accurate data entry experience
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently after training
Nice To Haves
- Prior experience in mortgage or financial services preferred but not required
Responsibilities
- Review mortgage loan files and extract required data
- Enter missing data points into HMDA reporting spreadsheet
- Maintain accuracy and meet productivity goals (approx. 50 data points/hour after training)
