About The Position

This temporary position supports our peak season by accurately entering information into various systems, ensuring data quality and the integrity of our information. The assignment is for up to 6 months with full-time hours, typically 8 AM to 5 PM, Monday through Friday. Possible overtime hours may be required.

Requirements

• HS Diploma or GED equivalent
• 2 or more years administrative or clerical work
• Proficient data entry skills
• Microsoft Office, especially Outlook, Word and Excel

Responsibilities

• Accurately enter and update information in multiple systems
• Verify data for completeness, consistency, and quality
• Identify and resolve data discrepancies or escalate issues as appropriate
• Process large volumes of information while meeting productivity and accuracy expectations
• Maintain the confidentiality and integrity of company and customer information
• Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of seasonal workloads
• Work on projects as assigned
