About The Position

PharmcareUSA is seeking a Data Entry Pharmacy Technician for Phoenix, AZ!! Pay is commensurate with experience in LTC. Data Entry experience is a plus! Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K, Life Insurance, FSA/ HSA, Paid time off and Holidays available for full time employees. Candidate must be certified as a pharmacy technician in the state of Arizona, and available to work Full Time, including weekends. PharmcareUSA is a national, closed- door, long term care pharmacy business with locations in multiple states. We are privately owned and continue to grow each year, providing daily deliveries to nursing and assisted living facilities as well as hospice residents. Requirements

Certified as a pharmacy technician in the state of Arizona
Critical Evaluation
Communication
Relationship Management
Ethical Practice
Computer proficiency and technical aptitude with the ability to use Microsoft products, including PPT
Excellent communication and organization skills

Responsibilities

Assist Pharmacist with input (when appropriate), filling and dispensing of all prescriptions
Perform all filling and / or IV compounding of prescriptions with accuracy and reasonable speed
Fill prescriptions per rules and regulations of all regulatory entities
Answer telephone calls, assist caller when appropriate, or enlist Pharmacist to assist if appropriate
Prepare medications to be delivered to facility per delivery schedule
Assist any walk-in customers or direct to appropriate department
Assist with ordering of medications from wholesaler along with proper inventory management
Assist with Medication Returns and E-Kit management
Maintain Pharmacy Technician License/Certification
Will comply with all Corporate Initiatives and utilize provided tools/resources as appropriate
Other duties as assigned
