This position is based in Chesapeake, Virginia. The role of the Data Entry Operator 1 includes: Operating a data entry device to record or verify a variety of standard, coded, or encoded business and statistical source date into a computer. Searching, interpreting, and selecting coding items in accordance with established procedures.

Requirements

  • Two (2) years of experience including college education
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Must be able to successfully pass a pre-employment background check and pre-hire drug screening

Nice To Haves

  • Use of Microsoft Office 365 environment experience
  • Excel/Word/PowerPoint/Sharepoint/Planner/TEAMS

Responsibilities

  • Maintain data input and reconciliation of financial artifacts including financial trackers, forecast, and financial stat.
  • Provide financial reports like EOM reports, CDRLS, and Labor Metrics as requested by Financial Lead and Project Managers to support the execution of USCG IPT programs.
  • Prepare financial focus briefs, as requested, to support the execution of USCG IPT programs.
  • Ability to exercise judgment including prioritization and execution of tasks.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to deal with people in a professional and courteous manner
