About The Position

Hughes Exterminators is seeking a full-time Data Entry Coordinator to provide comprehensive service, support, and administration to both internal and external Service Center customers. This role involves interpreting service agreements and accurately transcribing them into the company's client management software. Additionally, the coordinator will be responsible for reviewing, processing, and entering all services rendered. This is an hourly position, with compensation determined by experience. Requirements

  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Present a professional appearance
  • Able to work a 40-hour (minimum) workweek
  • Willing to work minimal overtime as needed

Responsibilities

  • Provide uncompromised service, support, and administration to internal and external Service Center customers
  • Read and understand service agreements
  • Digitally transcribe service agreements into the client management software system
  • Review, process, and enter all services rendered
  • Enter and maintain customer information in customer relations management software (CRM)
  • Ensure accurate and thorough information is captured in the system
  • Alert technicians of new appointments
  • Confirm with customers an upcoming service
  • Administer a high volume of inbound calls
  • Support other office staff with any given assignments
  • Act as an ambassador for the company's commitment to creating an awesome experience in every interaction
