About The Position

Iron Mountain is seeking a proactive and leadership-minded SmartSort/Data Entry Coordinator to join their Warehouse Operations team. In this role, the coordinator will be responsible for driving daily production goals through hands-on supervision, optimizing inventory accuracy via Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), and providing high-level operational reporting necessary to scale fulfillment capabilities. Requirements

  • 3 - 5 years of experience with leadership experience, be able to manage a high paced team with specific KPI's and metrics
  • Ability to lead by example and directs the team as well as workflow
  • Ability to manage and lead between 15 - 20 people as well as develop and train.
  • Proven ability in conflict management and team dynamics, with a track record of monitoring daily production goals and meeting performance KPIs.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise and develop a high-performing team by overseeing daily workflows, providing real-time performance feedback, and mentoring associates on productivity, quality, and safety standards.
  • Manage end-to-end operational execution including the coordination of incoming/outgoing shipments, resource allocation for production schedules, and the maintenance of precise inventory records.
  • Drive data-informed decision-making by tracking production metrics and generating operational reports for leadership to ensure all company KPIs and job assignments are completed on time.
