This position supports daily office operations, customer service functions, and quality record-keeping within a specialized industry. The ideal candidate enjoys a variety of tasks throughout the day, is comfortable working both in an office and shop environment and is eager to learn and grow.

Requirements

  • Must be comfortable moving throughout the facility
  • Ability to perform light physical activity as needed

Responsibilities

  • Perform accurate data entry and maintain detailed records
  • Organize and file documents in accordance with company standards
  • Assist with purchasing and order tracking
  • Answer incoming calls and provide customer support
  • Prepare quotes and respond to customer inquiries
  • Support monthly testing processes and documentation
  • Assist office staff with general administrative tasks
  • Provide backup support for accounts receivable/payable
  • Support shop operations during slower periods (light, occasional involvement)
