About The Position

This role involves accurately entering daily inventory usage and resulting finished goods into the Revela Foods system. The Data Entry Clerk will work collaboratively in a team environment, develop positive working relationships, and utilize professional written and verbal communication skills. Basic computer skills are essential. The position requires adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs), Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points (HACCP), and Safe Quality Food (SQF) guidelines. The employee must report food safety problems or concerns immediately to an authorized person. Awareness of OSHA regulations, forklift traffic, and trip hazards is necessary, along with wearing appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).

  • Be aware of your surroundings, watching for forklift traffic and trip hazards such as pallets or cords.
  • Wear appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) for the job you are doing.
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent

Responsibilities

  • Monitor physical inventory to Revela Foods system inventory to ensure accuracy of items being used.
  • Calculate actual product usage of ingredients and adjust out of inventory system.
  • Maintain a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail to maintain proper inventory control.
  • Communicate production details effectively.
  • Assist with product traceability as needed.
  • Assist daily cycle counting.
  • Monitor raw materials for first expired, first out use.
  • Communicate production details effectively.
  • Assist with month end & year-end inventory programs.
  • Collaborate with production entry team members to ensure correct information is entered into production paperwork.
  • Collaborate with staging personnel to verify correct items are staged for use.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
  • Report any suspicious activity related to food defense.
