This position is responsible for entering data and generating reports for the database program. The role involves working closely with program personnel in the collection and centralization of specified data, including confidential family and child information. Additional duties include preparing correspondence, maintaining inventory, and performing a variety of general clerical tasks. Inspire Development Centers provides Early Childhood Education (ECE) and social services to over 4000 children across Washington State, operating under various federal and state funded programs such as Regional Head Start (RHS), Migrant Seasonal Head Start (MSHS), Early Childhood Education and Assistance Program (ECEAP), and Early Head Start (EHS). The agency is also required to meet an annual quota of non-federal share (in-kind) funds. A significant portion of the children's primary language is Spanish.
