About The Position
Seattle Radiology is seeking a temporary Electronic Health Records Tech for a three-month project. This role involves working within electronic health systems and requires the ability to multi-task with high accuracy and attention to detail. The position is full-time for approximately three months and is located on-site at Seattle Radiology.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1 year experience in data base entry and or processing medical records
- Ability to proficiently enter data from one system to another
- Must be proficient with MS Office Suite
- Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills. Must be able to work responsibly and to maintain the highest of confidentiality

Responsibilities
- Accurately and efficiently transfer prior imaging records between systems
- Maintains strong attention to detail to ensure imaging records are complete, accurate and properly filed
- Manage tasks and priorities simultaneously while maintaining a high level of accuracy and organization
- Protect patient confidentiality and securely handle medical records in compliance with all HIPAA regulations
- Ability to meet performance metrics, with a focus on quality, accuracy, and timeliness
