Responsibilities

• Enter, update, and maintain company records with accuracy.
• Review data for errors, missing information, and inconsistencies.
• Verify information before entering it into company databases.
• Maintain organized digital files and company records.
• Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and other documents as required.
• Process forms, invoices, and other administrative documents.
• Respond to data-related requests from internal teams.
• Protect confidential information and follow company privacy policies.
• Perform regular data quality checks to ensure accuracy.
• Provide general administrative support as needed.
