About The Position

American Freedom Insurance Company (AFIC) is expanding and seeking a Data Entry Clerk to join their team. AFIC is an "A+" Superior-rated company by A.M. Best, specializing in the nonstandard auto insurance market and committed to industry-leading customer service. This role is crucial for supporting the company's continued growth and operational efficiency.

Requirements

High School Diploma or equivalent work experience
Good verbal and written communication skills to interact with team members and In-office.
Bilingual Spanish preferred
Excellent written English Skills
Ability to type 55 + WPM
Proficiency working on a computer
Ability to multitask and work in a fast paced, team environment is key
Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
Computer skills including MS Word, Excel, Internet, e-mail and ability to operate office equipment

Responsibilities

Mail Department duties include collecting, sorting, scanning, dispersing, filing
Data Entry to company software systems
Updating documents
Performing data inquiries and searches
Other duties as assigned
