About The Position

A confidential and reputable organisation is seeking a meticulous and highly organised Remote Data Entry Clerk to join their team. This is a full-time position based remotely for operations in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The successful candidate will be responsible for accurately inputting and maintaining large volumes of information in our digital systems. We are looking for an individual who is dedicated, reliable, and possesses a keen eye for detail to ensure the integrity of our company data.

Requirements

Proven experience in a data entry role or a similar position.
Exceptional typing speed and accuracy with a high level of attention to detail.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly MS Excel.
Strong organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
A high school diploma or equivalent is required.

Further computer training or certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

Accurately enter data from various source documents into the prescribed computer database, files, and forms.
Verify the accuracy of data by comparing it to source documents, correcting any errors or inconsistencies.
Update and maintain existing data within our databases to ensure all information is current and valid.
Generate reports, store completed work in designated locations, and perform backup operations.
Review data for deficiencies or errors, correcting any incompatibilities and checking output.
Maintain confidentiality regarding all sensitive information and adhere to data security policies.
