Requirements

Responsibilities
- Enter, verify, and update data into company databases and spreadsheet systems with exceptional accuracy
- Maintain organized and current records, ensuring all information is properly filed and easily accessible
- Review data for completeness, accuracy, and compliance with established procedures and quality standards
- Perform routine data maintenance tasks, including sorting, categorizing, and formatting information
- Assist with general administrative support to keep office operations running smoothly
- Communicate proactively with team members to clarify data requirements and resolve discrepancies
- Meet daily and weekly data entry targets while maintaining high-quality standards
- Support the organization's commitment to data integrity and confidentiality
- Learn and adapt to new systems, tools, and processes as the organization evolves
- Collaborate with colleagues across departments to ensure seamless information flow
