You manage intake records from partner locations, enter and review data in the Service Insights platform, communicate to resolve missing information, and protect confidential records throughout the process. Success in the first 6–12 months includes producing dependable, accurate records at a steady pace, maintaining clear communication with partner sites, and supporting a smooth transition to the new cloud-based platform.
