Data Entry Associate
About The Position
We have an immediate opening for a detailed-oriented data entry specialist to assist our support office teams. You will be assisting the accounting team with administrative duties. We are looking for a highly motivated individual who can succeed in a very fast-paced and competitive environment. This is a temporary part-time position averaging 15-25 hours per week. This role will be required to work onsite in Eden Prairie, MN. No remote work will be available. Requirements
- A positive attitude and strong attention to detail.
- Experience with repetitive, data-heavy work.
- High accuracy imputing information into data sets.
- Basic understanding of Microsoft applications, email, and computer skills.
- Ability to handle varying daily priorities and meet deadlines.
Nice To Haves
- Strong organizational skills.
- Familiarity with YouTube & eCommerce platforms.
- Understanding of basic bookkeeping principles.
Responsibilities
- Process Accounts Payable.
- Enter Data into NetSuite and other ERP's.
