Data Entry (M-F 11am-7:45pm)
About The Position
ABB Optical Group is hiring a full-time, direct-hire Data Entry Associate to work in a fast-paced, climate-controlled manufacturing facility. The role involves timely, efficient, and accurate processing of products in the lab. The employee will be assigned a primary essential function and may also perform duties in other essential functions as business needs dictate. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 11:00 a.m. to 7:45 p.m. The position offers a stated base rate of $15.50 per hour, with actual pay based on job-related factors, and may also be eligible for a bonus and/or commission plan.
Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older.
- High school diploma or equivalent, or equivalent experience, is required for full-time employment.
- No specific prior work experience is required for entry-level candidates; training is provided to perform the minimum essential functions.
- Ability to follow procedures and contribute as an individual and as a team member.
- Proficient candidates must have at least six months of optical manufacturing experience in the same or a similar position before a skills assessment to determine ability to perform applicable essential functions.

- Prior experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities
- Input lists, records, and other data into the Absolution software program.
- Coordinate correspondence of orders, invoices, and records to ensure accuracy in prescription billing.
- Communicate with various departments to support timely and accurate production.
- Process customer invoicing and credits as required.
- Troubleshoot and provide timely resolution support for customer service issues.
- Work safely and quickly in a fast-paced environment.
- Cross-train in additional areas around the lab.
