Davidson’s is currently seeking a full-time, in-office, assistant to join our busy and fast-paced Credit Department. We are looking for a detail-oriented and dependable Data Entry Assistant to support our collections and accounts receivable team. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately entering and maintaining collections-related data, tracking account activity, and assisting with documentation to ensure timely and effective follow-up on outstanding balances. The ideal candidate is highly organized, discreet, and able to manage sensitive financial information with accuracy.
