About The Position

This is a full time, onsite only position providing operational support via data entry, verification and database maintenance. Schedule: Monday - Friday 9am -5pm EST Compensation: $19 - $22 / Hour (DOE)

Requirements

• Proficient in database platforms, MS Office, and Adobe
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Effective verbal and written communication
• Experience in working within fast-paced, complex, dynamic, business environment

Nice To Haves

• Data analysis, interpretation, and visualization
• Working knowledge of a variety of EHR systems
• Experience with medical billing and/or coding

Responsibilities

• Generate daily/nightly reports, i.e., analytics and census reports, as needed
• Data entry and database management with a high level of accuracy and efficiency
• Collect, verify and maintain data from various sources
• Communicate regularly with physicians on accuracy of charge submissions
• Data entry of physician staffing plan and distributing monthly call schedule, as needed
• Regularly monitor the progress of assigned tasks
• Other data operational tasks as assigned
