About The Position
1Resource Group is looking for a Data Clerk/Admin for a client of ours in South Houston. We are looking for a Admin that can help out with administrative duties along with Data entry.
Requirements
- Experience in inventory control
- Proficient in Excel
Responsibilities
- Filling out and documenting all the material shipped and received to and from customers and providing that to team to email to customers and projects
- Maintaining a log of all shipments and status for all movements in and out of our Houston locations
- Uploading photos of each truck shipped and received.
- Documenting all damaged material and compiling back up for damaged material
- Uploading scanned documents to the appropriate file location based on customer and type of movement.
- Data entry into AMECO's ERP when required for all movements
