About The Position

RiVidium Inc. is seeking a Data Engineering Lead (Advanced Analytics) to support the planned MODES III team for Military Community and Family Policy (MC&FP). This role is part of IT, Cybersecurity, and Data Operations - Core Operations, aiming to deliver mission-focused outcomes for service members, families, and stakeholders. The position requires a senior level of experience (10-15 years) to support the assigned PWS task area, providing subject matter expertise, operational execution, and performance reporting aligned with task objectives. This role is contingent upon contract award.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent professional experience.
• Relevant experience aligned to the role and labor category; openings may be filled at Lead (15+ yrs).
• Ability to satisfy applicable Government personnel security requirements for the assigned role.
• For IT and cybersecurity workforce positions, applicable DoD 8140 training and certification requirements will apply upon award.
• Strong communication, teamwork, and documentation skills in a mission-focused delivery environment.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with data pipelines, dashboards, visualization tools, analytics, or reporting automation, as applicable to the role.
• Ability to translate operational data into actionable insights for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience with data quality, governance, and performance metrics in enterprise environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead advanced analytics data engineering efforts that support scalable reporting and insight generation.
• Support ingestion, quality, structure, and availability of data used for reporting and decision support.
• Coordinate with analysts, platform teams, and application teams to enable trusted data flow.
• Contribute to documentation, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement of data engineering practices.
