About The Position

This role focuses on managing accounts for intelligence collection tools used by agencies across the Intelligence Community (IC) and Department of Defense (DOD). The Data Engineer will be responsible for account creation, monitoring, troubleshooting, maintenance, and updating. This position involves leading correspondence with customers regarding account issues, answering questions about product and account details, and maintaining awareness of current intelligence matters to provide effective solutions. Additionally, the role includes performing cybersecurity audits, assisting collectors and analysts, acting as an intermediary between government personnel and contract teams, drafting standard operating procedures for account management, and supporting leadership with office operations.

Requirements

• At least 8 years of experience in the IC
• Current TS/SCI clearance w/ a CI polygraph

Responsibilities

• Manage accounts for intelligence collection tools used by agencies across the IC and DOD to include account creation, monitoring, troubleshooting, maintenance and updating.
• Lead correspondence between office and customers on all account issues.
• Answer questions regarding product and account details from users throughout the DOD and IC.
• Maintain awareness of current operational and strategic-level intelligence matters in order to properly assist collectors with practical and timely solutions.
• Perform cybersecurity audits to ensure analysts compliance with all regulations and security measures while performing collection.
• Assist and answer inquiries from collectors and analysts as necessary.
• Act as intermediary between government personnel and contract teams.
• Draft standard operating procedure documents for account management.
• Assist contractor or government leadership with all other matters pertaining to office operations as necessary.
