About The Position

As a Data Engineer at Booz Allen, you’ll help build advanced technology solutions and implement data engineering activities on some of the most mission-driven projects in the industry. You’ll deploy and develop pipelines and platforms that organize and make disparate data meaningful. Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience building data pipelines in Databricks, including PySpark, Delta Live Tables, or Unity Catalog
  • Experience integrating and transforming data within Palantir Foundry or Maven Smart System (MSS) environments
  • Experience designing and maintaining ETL/ELT pipelines across distributed compute platforms
  • Experience analyzing and managing data, including data visualization, data management, data governance, data strategy, and data engineering
  • Experience creating solutions within a collaborative, cross-functional team environment
  • Secret clearance
  • Bachelor's degree

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with the Department of War (DoW)
  • Experience migrating legacy ETL logic into modern cloud platforms, including Databricks, Foundry, or Fabric
  • Experience building business analytic visualizations
  • Experience working on Agile teams
  • Experience with process improvement approaches and methodologies
  • Ability to synthesize results and deliver presentations to product owners or stakeholders
  • Ability to learn quickly and adapt to changing organizational processes
  • Top Secret clearance
  • Databricks or Foundry Use Case Engineer Certification
