About The Position

We're looking for a Data Engineer to join our rapidly growing AI & Digital Innovation team and help shape the future of manufacturing through cutting-edge technology, scalable data platforms, and intelligent applications. In this role, you'll be at the heart of our data ecosystem, designing robust data pipelines, building high-performance APIs, and enabling AI-powered insights that drive critical business decisions. You'll collaborate with data scientists, analysts, and software engineers to transform complex data into powerful solutions that fuel innovation and operational excellence.

Requirements

• 3+ years of hands-on Python development experience
• 3+ years of experience working with PySpark and Pandas for large-scale data processing and analytics
• Proven experience designing, developing, and maintaining scalable data pipelines
• Strong expertise in designing and developing RESTful APIs and data services
• 3+ years of advanced SQL experience, preferably with Oracle (experience with any major relational database is welcome)

Nice To Haves

• Experience working with cloud platforms such as OCI, Azure, AWS, GCP , or similar environments
• Familiarity with Linux-based systems and environments
• Knowledge of the Hadoop ecosystem and distributed data-processing frameworks
• Experience with Databricks and modern data engineering tools

Responsibilities

• Architect and develop scalable, reliable, and high-performing data pipelines that support analytics, AI, and operational workloads.
• Create and maintain RESTful APIs and data services that empower teams with seamless access to trusted data.
• Process and transform large-scale datasets using PySpark, Pandas, and Databricks.
• Partner closely with Data Scientists, AI Engineers, Analysts, and Product Teams to deliver impactful data solutions.
• Ensure data quality, integrity, governance, and security across all systems and applications.
• Document architectures, workflows, and best practices to promote collaboration and knowledge sharing.
