Drive the execution and governance of catalog specs, schemas, and rules—turning them into scalable capabilities that power omni experiences and real-world operations. This role sits at the center of cross-functional delivery, ensuring product data solutions are planned, aligned, and successfully implemented across tech, stores, and supply chain. Manage a big business and be a true subject matter expert in your category. Strategize and choose the assortment in stores and online.

Requirements

  • Strong program management skills with the ability to drive complex, cross-functional initiatives from planning through execution
  • Ability to translate ambiguous business needs into clear requirements, roadmaps, and actionable plans
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills to align teams, manage dependencies, and drive accountability
  • Sharp problem-solving mindset with a bias for identifying risks early and removing blockers quickly
  • Comfort operating in data-heavy environments, with the ability to use metrics to track progress and drive decisions
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science and 3 years' experience in software engineering or related field.
  • 5 years’ experience in software engineering or related field.
  • Master's degree in Computer Science and 1 year’s experience in software engineering or related field.
  • 2 years' experience in data engineering, database engineering, business intelligence, or business analytics.

Nice To Haves

  • Data engineering, database engineering, business intelligence, or business analytics, ETL tools and working with large data sets in the cloud
  • Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field and 3 years' experience in software engineering
  • Background in creating inclusive digital experiences, demonstrating knowledge in implementing Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 AA standards, assistive technologies, and integrating digital accessibility seamlessly.

Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end program execution for catalog and product data initiatives, driving planning, milestones, and delivery across multiple teams
  • Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders (engineering, product, operations, business) to align on priorities, dependencies, and timelines.
  • Identify risks, gaps, and blockers early, and actively drive resolution to keep programs on track
  • Translate high-level business goals into actionable roadmaps, execution plans, and measurable outcomes
  • Track progress, communicate status clearly to leadership, and ensure delivery against committed impact
