About The Position

This role focuses on data engineering tasks, requiring expertise in AWS RDBMS services, object-oriented programming, NoSQL databases, and advanced SQL. The candidate will be responsible for analyzing and optimizing queries, table structures, and partitioning strategies. The position requires residency in the United States and the ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance, with a residency requirement of 3 of the last 5 years in the US.

Requirements

• 5 years' experience with AWS RDBMS services, such as PostgreSQL RDS and Redshift
• 5 years' experience with Python, or another OOP language.
• 2 years' Experience with NoSQL products, such as JSON.
• 2 years' experience with advanced SQL features - regular expressions, analytical functions (e.g., RANK, PARTITION, LEAD, LAG, etc.).
• 1 year experience using a query planner and database metrics to analyze and optimize queries, table structure, indices, and partitioning strategies.
• Must reside in the United States
• Must be able to obtain a Public Trust clearance
• Must have resided in the US 3 of the last 5 years.
