Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • At least 4 years of experience in data engineering/data warehousing concepts

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Security preferred
  • At least 4 years of experience leading teams and owning architecture and delivery
  • Proven skills in managing architecture and delivery
  • Knowledge of ADF and dimensional modeling
  • Familiarity with DataOps practices and Agile delivery
  • Experience with ITSM tools like ServiceNow
  • Domain experience in healthcare
  • Mentoring and team development

Responsibilities

  • Oversee applications related to SSIS, SQL Server, stored procedures, and BI reporting
  • Lead teams in managing client accounts and securing project success
  • Mentor junior staff and promote their professional development
  • Drive collaboration with stakeholders to enhance service delivery
  • Implement innovative technology solutions to improve processes
  • Maintain elevated standards of quality in deliverables
  • Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
