About The Position

The mission for this role is to design and build a scalable data foundation for the Incentive Compensation Organization by normalizing and aggregating disparate data sources into structured, reusable data models that improve reporting accuracy and efficiency.

Requirements

  • Experience with data platforms like Snowflake, AWS or similar.
  • Proficiency in SQL and at least one programming language such as Java, Python, or JSON
  • Ability to design data models and pipelines that are scalable, maintainable and reusable
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to interpret and apply technical concepts
  • Experience defining data requirements and working with structured and unstructured data
  • Comfort working with ambiguous or incomplete data and translating business needs into data solutions
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, collaboration, organizational, and leadership skills
  • High level of curiosity, initiative, and attention to detail

Nice To Haves

  • Additional experience with transformation tools such as Alteryx, SAS is helpful

Responsibilities

  • Define and implement logical data models and standardized schemas for historical and current incentive compensation data
  • Build and enhance data pipelines and sources to enable automated, reliable reporting
  • Identify inefficiencies in current data processes (manual or automated) and implement scalable solutions
