Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronic Engineering, or directly related field of study
  • 4 years of experience as a data engineer or in a related role
  • 4 years of experience in Database technologies including SQL and NoSQL
  • 4 years of experience in ETL Tool and techniques
  • 4 years of experience in Data modeling and schema design
  • 4 years of experience in Python code development
  • 4 years of experience in API development
  • 4 years of experience in Production line of business support
  • 4 years of experience in Big data technology such as Hadoop, Spark, Hive, and Cloud native data engineering

Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and implementation of ETL processes and data pipelines.
  • Design and build scalable and reliable data infrastructures.
  • Ensure that systems are performing optimally and meet high standards.
  • Address potential problems and solutions to complex issues.
  • Develop and maintain data pipelines to automate data ingestion and processing.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify data requirements and ensure data infrastructure meets business needs.
  • Develop and enforce data governance policies and standards.
  • Monitor data infrastructure and performance to identify and resolve issues.
  • Provide guidance to other Data Engineers as needed.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and new technologies in data engineering.
  • Take action using integrity, caring, and excellence to achieve all-win outcomes.
