Meet the team: Analyzes complex business and manufacturing challenges to design and implement solutions using enterprise systems including AVEVA PI, Google BigQuery, SQL databases, Tableau, IBM Maximo, and industrial automation platforms. Provides technical expertise to translate business requirements into functional specifications, and designs scalable, cost-effective solutions. Supports testing, validation, and compliance in GxP environments.

Requirements

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Understanding of hardware and software platforms.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with AVEVA PI.
  • SQL and database experience.
  • Experience with PLCs, HMIs, OPC UA.
  • IBM Maximo experience.
  • Experience in GxP-regulated environments.
  • Experience with validation (IQ/OQ/PQ or UAT).

Responsibilities

  • Configure, maintain, and administer AVEVA PI systems.
  • Develop integrations between AVEVA PI and external systems such as PLCs, OPC UA, and databases.
  • Develop data pipelines and queries using BigQuery and SQL.
  • Create dashboards and reporting in Tableau.
  • Support IBM Maximo administration, development, and integrations.
  • Assist in project delivery, requirements gathering, and user story creation.
  • Support validation activities including test script execution in Valgenesis.
  • Analyze defects and recommend solutions.
  • Maintain SOPs and system documentation.
  • Provide 24/7 support as required.
