About The Position

The position is responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining data pipelines and infrastructure. This role implements data integration, processing, and analytics solutions while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver efficient and scalable data systems.

Requirements

SQL and database management
ETL processes and tools (e.g., DBTran, IICS, DataStage, SSIS, Apache Spark, Airflow)
Big data technologies (e.g., Snowflake, Hadoop, Spark)
Programming languages (e.g., Python, Java)
Data modeling and architecture
Cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP)
Bachelor's Degree and 2 years' experience OR High School Diploma or GED/Equivalent and 6 years' experience in Data engineering, database management, or related field

Experience with cloud-based data platforms and big data technologies

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain data pipelines for efficient data processing and integration.
Implement and optimize ETL processes to extract, transform, and load data from various sources.

Ensure data quality and consistency within the data warehouse.

Maintain data protection protocols.
Collaborate with data scientists, analysts, and other teams to understand and meet data requirements.
Participate in cross-functional projects to support data-driven initiatives.
