About The Position

The EDW Finance engineering team is responsible for building and maintaining the enterprise data pipelines, data models, and reporting assets that power financial reporting, analytics, and operational decision-making across the company. In FY26, these engineers will support both Top 40 strategic initiatives and KTLO (Keep the Lights On) operations within the Finance data domain. Top 40 work includes developing new data pipelines, integrating financial data from SAP and other enterprise systems into the Enterprise Data Warehouse (BigQuery), enhancing data models and semantic layers used by Finance analytics tools, and enabling new capabilities tied to initiatives like One Finance and Orion. KTLO responsibilities include maintaining and optimizing existing ETL/ELT pipelines, ensuring daily financial data loads meet SLA requirements, resolving data quality issues, supporting SOX-controlled datasets, and implementing enhancements to existing Finance reporting solutions. Engineers will work heavily with SQL, BigQuery, data pipeline orchestration, and enterprise financial data models, collaborating closely with Finance partners, product teams, and other EDW engineering teams to ensure reliable, trusted financial data across the organization.

Requirements

  • Strong GCP/SQL (expert-level querying, performance tuning, optimization)
  • ETL/BI Development (data pipelines, transformations, dimensional modeling)
  • CI/CD & orchestration tooling (any modern platform) - 2+ years within data eng workflows
  • Python
  • Cloud platform – BigQuery

Responsibilities

  • Building and maintaining enterprise data pipelines, data models, and reporting assets.
  • Supporting Top 40 strategic initiatives and KTLO (Keep the Lights On) operations within the Finance data domain.
  • Developing new data pipelines.
