The Data Coordinator supports the Prevention and Advocacy Division by coordinating data management, quality improvement, performance measurement, and program evaluation activities. This position collects, analyzes, and reports program data to support informed decision-making, regulatory compliance, and continuous quality improvement. The Data Coordinator maintains accurate, secure, and timely program data; coordinates the division's Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI) Plan in alignment with Arbor Circle's Performance Improvement (PI) Plan; and partners with leadership to monitor performance, identify trends, and improve program outcomes. The position develops reports, dashboards, and other performance measurement tools, supports audits and regulatory reporting, monitors data quality and documentation, and collaborates with agency teams to strengthen data collection, reporting processes, and organizational performance. The Data Coordinator works closely with internal and external stakeholders, represents the division on committees and workgroups as assigned, and completes all required trainings while adhering to Arbor Circle's policies, emergency management procedures, and data security standards.
