About The Position

Collect and verify parking data across designated areas in Detroit. The work is conducted outdoors, primarily on foot, with transportation used as needed, and requires a smartphone and the company’s mobile application. This is a long-term project involving approximately 400 areas surveyed every three months. There are no fixed daily working hours; data must be collected within designated time windows, and assigned workloads must be completed within the specified timeframe. Compensation is based on the number of areas successfully surveyed and the data submitted. Fuel and public transportation expenses are not reimbursed.

Requirements

• Be based in Detroit.
• Have a modern smartphone with GPS and mobile internet access.
• Be able to walk considerable distances and work outdoors.
• Have strong attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions.
• Be able to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines.
• Be willing to travel around the city.
