Requirements

• Ability to participate and manage field testing, data collection, and quality assurance with a high degree of accuracy.
• Experience training, supervising, and mentoring teams while maintaining high standards of safety and customer service in dynamic field environments.
• Demonstrates flexibility and quick adaptability across a wide range of technical and customer-facing roles, thriving in fast-paced and constantly changing field conditions.
• Ability to safely work in an environment with firearms.
• Meticulously detailed oriented.
• Must be able to pass a background check.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Ability to leverage AI tools for productivity.
• Close access to major airport.

Responsibilities

• Schedule, organize, and manage system testing and data collection at customer locations.
• Ensure the completion and integrity of testing, data, and results.
• Analyze and report on test results.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that may arise during the test and data collection process.
• Clearly and professionally communicate with mixed audience of technical and non-technical teammates and customers.
• Document all work using provided tools (MS Office, Monday.com, ServiceMax, etc.).
• Other duties and needed.
