We are seeking experienced Data Center Technician II professionals who thrive in hands-on technical environments. This role goes beyond basic hardware support and requires strong troubleshooting skills, independent problem-solving, and real-world break/fix experience within enterprise data center environments. The ideal candidate has experience diagnosing hardware failures, replacing critical server components, supporting infrastructure deployments, and maintaining high-performance computing environments.

Requirements

Proven Data Center Technician experience.
Strong Level 2 break/fix troubleshooting skills.
Experience diagnosing hardware issues without relying on scripted troubleshooting guides.
Hands-on server repair and hardware replacement experience.
Experience within production data center environments.

Responsibilities

Diagnose and resolve server hardware issues independently.
Perform break/fix repairs and identify root causes of hardware failures.
Replace and install components including: Power Supplies, Memory Modules, SSDs, CPUs, GPUs, Other critical server hardware.
Rack, stack, cable, and deploy servers and networking equipment.
Support new infrastructure installations and technology rollouts.
Configure server settings, IP addresses, and system access credentials.
Perform firmware upgrades and hardware updates.
Support ongoing maintenance of enterprise-class infrastructure.
Replace damaged or faulty cables, optics, and connectivity components.
Assist with hardware upgrades, migrations, and capacity expansions.
Collaborate with network and infrastructure teams to ensure maximum uptime and performance.
