Requirements

Experience working in a data center, IT infrastructure, hardware support, or telecommunications environment
Strong understanding of computer hardware and server components
Experience with structured cabling and physical infrastructure support
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues independently
Strong attention to detail and commitment to operational excellence
Excellent communication and teamwork skills

Responsibilities

Troubleshoot and resolve server, hardware, and infrastructure issues
Install, replace, and maintain servers, network equipment, and related components
Perform structured cabling, patching, and infrastructure support activities
Conduct diagnostics and root cause analysis to identify and resolve technical problems
Support rack installations, cable management, power distribution, and airflow optimization
Create and maintain technical documentation and operational procedures
Assist with data center projects, upgrades, and hardware deployments
Serve as a technical resource for junior team members when needed
Adhere to established operational, security, and change management processes
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure maximum uptime and performance
