About The Position
Supporting Hardware Break/Fix and Server Break/Fix for one of the most technologically advanced data centers in the US. Resolving tickets requiring server maintenance, including swapping parts, diagnosing issues, and general hardware repair. Excellent opportunity to gain enterprise experience with highly advanced technology and lead to other opportunities. Located in Memphis TN - if not local to Memphis must be willing to relocate for the role.
