About The Position

This role is for a Level 1 technician, often referred to as a helper, with limited telecommunications experience. The hiring manager is seeking a trainable individual with a background in physically demanding jobs. Key attributes for this role include a strong work ethic, positive attitude, dependability, and excellent attendance, as the position is based in a data center environment. The role requires flexibility to work across multiple locations (Columbus, Grove City, New Albany, and Lancaster) based on business needs.

Requirements

• Experience working in a physically demanding environment (e.g., construction, hands-on tool use daily)
• Good attitude and work ethic
• Good attendance track record
• Hands-on electrical work or military experience is highly preferred
