About The Position

CBRE is seeking experienced data center professionals to support a workforce development initiative tied to Meta data center expansion. This role is designed for individuals who have grown within data center operations and can provide technical leadership, operational guidance, and mentorship to developing technicians. This role combines hands-on operational expertise with leadership responsibilities in classroom and lab environments. Candidates should be comfortable sharing real-world data center knowledge, operational best practices, and infrastructure experience while helping support technician development programs.

Responsibilities

Lead onboarding and development efforts for new data center technicians
Provide operational guidance, mentoring, and coaching to developing technicians
Share real-world expertise tied to live data center environments
Support infrastructure deployments, troubleshooting, and operational learning activities
Provide technical leadership in classroom and lab environments
Assist with setup, operational readiness, and program coordination
Support reporting, documentation, and administrative operational tasks
Partner with program leadership to support workforce development initiatives
